Research Agreement

This Research Agreement outlines the terms of professional genealogical research services provided by Ancestral Tapestry, LLC.

SCOPE OF SERVICES

Research services will be conducted according to the project scope agreed upon during the initial consultation. You will receive detailed reports, source citations, and documentation as specified in your research plan.

FEES AND PAYMENT

Research is billed at the hourly rate in effect at the time of engagement. The initial consultation package must be completed before additional research begins. Payment terms will be provided with your customized proposal.

DELIVERABLES

You will receive comprehensive reports including research findings, source citations, analysis, and recommendations. For lineage society applications, you will receive the complete compiled application package ready for submission.

CONFIDENTIALITY

Your family information and research findings are kept strictly confidential. We do not share client information or research with third parties.By submitting a project inquiry and proceeding with research, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to these terms. A formal signed agreement may be requested for larger projects.
